When goodness hurts
In today's society being a spirit filled christian is no easy task, we often reach out in love with hope that we'll be loved in return, but the world can be a mean place. sometimes it seems like the more you open up your heart the more you get hurt until you become cold and shut-in... afraid to share the great love locked deep within. never let anyone steal you joy, remember that when someone decline to be your friend that's their loss because they will have missed out on a chance to know the beautiful person you are inside where the real you exist. Rejection does hurt and getting stabed in the back by someone you trust can leave lasting pain but christians know one thing for sure... we have a source that we can dip into which gives us the power to stay strong in times of weakness, that source is Jesus. Christians are naturally weak due to the fact that we're human but we are made strong in Christ Jesus, he gives us the power to forgive when done wrong, to smile in the mist of our most difficult days and to find peace when anger overtakes us. Hold your head up and trust God to direct your life and he'll supply all your needs according to his will.
